Terms of Service
1. The service
The Business Radar provides research and commercial-intelligence support. Business Radar is offered as two paid subscriptions: the Monday Brief, delivered every Monday morning, and the Daily Brief, delivered every business day from Monday to Friday. Tenders Radar and Jobs Radar are free directories that summarise publicly available opportunities.
2. Subscription and payment
The Monday Brief is billed at P999 per month and the Daily Brief at P2,999 per month, both on a month-to-month basis and cancellable before the next billing cycle. Free directories do not require a subscription.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
We identify, assess and explain opportunities. We do not guarantee contracts, tenders, appointments, sales or any commercial result. You remain responsible for verifying eligibility, making commercial decisions and submitting applications or bids.
4. Accuracy of information
Listings and briefs may draw on official and third-party sources. Deadlines, requirements and amendments must always be confirmed against the official source before you act.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the website and your brief for your own business purposes. Automated scraping, bulk redistribution and resale of our content are not permitted.
